Created as an extension of the Empowered Latinas-Latinas Rising Linked In Group, this group is a professional networking group for Hispanic Women who epitomize & strive for professional success. Our mission is to lead by example, motivate & inspire, and to be the catalyst in effecting Empowered Latinas to reach back and empower others for professional & entrepreneurial success.

This site is a combination of forum, calendar, email list, and social network. This is a meeting place that provides members of Empowered Latinas-Latinas Rising with a shared calendar, discussion forums, photo gallery, files and member profiles.  Here, we will share our stories of networking success, notices of job openings, personal professional success stories, words of encouragement, events (such as our famous networking conference calls and offline get togethers), and many other bit of information that will help all of us along in our careers.  You won't find gossip topics, celebrity news, or any off topic conversations.  Just pure grade A networking and motivating one another.  You might just find a mentor or two while your here!
